The TM1652 is a dedicated chip for LED (light-emitting diode, digital tube, dot matrix screen) drive control, which integrates digital communication circuit, decoding circuit, data latch, oscillator, and LED drive circuit. The communication method adopts the asynchronous serial communication (UART) protocol.
